Highlight launches support for Meraki Wi
Guildford, UK. 23 May 2023 – Highlight is launching new Cisco Meraki solutions for its Service Assurance Platform at Cisco Live 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the show, the team will debut new functionality for Meraki Wi-Fi and Meraki Switches, to complement existing support for Meraki SD-WAN. All services will be available from Highlight on the Meraki marketplace.
Utilising Meraki dashboard APIs, the Highlight Service Assurance platform now brings Meraki Wi-Fi, Switches and SD-WAN into a single dashboard alongside all supporting network technologies such as broadband, cellular and LAN. With a focus on the service rather than the technology, Highlight provides shared, business-level insight into the status, health and utilisation of large or diverse networks on a single screen.
Martin Saunders, product and marketing director at Highlight says, "The Meraki dashboard offers an excellent view of how its own technology is working. However, if users need to see their Meraki devices alongside all supporting infrastructure, they can now use Highlight to see all elements in a single-pane-of-glass view across their whole network. Highlight can also be set to display only those areas that are live by removing services that are being tested or commissioned to show just the things a business needs to see.
"For Service Providers with multi-site, multi-vendor or multi-tenant networks, Highlight can bring all vendors together, using common monitoring, alerting and reporting rules to create a unified service. With its location tiles and grid view, Highlight makes it quick and easy to see many locations for multiple customers with both real-time status views as well as historical trending for capacity planning."
